u2october's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- end of the year well, it's officially the last day of the year. i've gotta dig up that song i wrote last new years eve. sadly enough, it was also entitled, "the last day of the year" i liked the chorus though. sorta this slower soundgarden type rock sound. moving on from that boring subject, i was inspired by someone's diary entry, and so i will do my own sort of "year in review" here goes nothing... January - i still worked at papa john's, i passed new years in a parking lot, and i was still single, and living on someone's living room floor. February - i actually dropped a step down from sleeping on someone's living room floor as i became homeless and slept in the back of a truck for a month. i also lost my job 2 days after my birthday. this was also the coldest february of all time. i did, however, meet adelle, and got a duplex with brian. March - got a job working with my cousin, started to realize that brian was a complete loser who was not a good roomate. April - realized brian would never pay a cent in rent or utilities and that he was also a homosexual. adelle and i continued on in our relationship. May - this month was boring June - i realized my boss was out to get me because i was young and i showed him an easier way to do something he'd been doing for 30 years. joe graduated from the police academy, and adelle and i fought for a month straight. July - i moved out of the apartment and into adelle's house. i'd been sort of staying there anyway. i quit my job at A & B Supply after trying everything to please my boss and nothing worked. i went back to domino's part time. August - i worked mostly part time this month, me and adelle's relationship got a little better. September - It became apparent that i was much better than the assistant manager, so they got rid of him and gave me the job. nothing really changed as far as pay went. October - my favorite month of the year came and went without a sound November - adelle and i had a few rocky points, but got through it all. we enjoyed our first thanxgiving, but it didn't quite go as planned. December - had a great christmas and got a new fishing pole. to wrap everything up, this year has been weird as any year in recent memory. i had my low points, and some mid level points. i'm still alive, so that's a positive. i hope everyone else had a good year. have a happy new year and please, don't shake your baby. :end transmission: 01:44 - 12.31.03 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
